The calendar can display events in daily, weekly and soon in monthly views. The calendar can handle simultaneous events, which can be displayed selectively.

It is easy to keep a list of your friends and colleagues. Each of them has a card in the online rolodex. The cards can be categorized by many different properties, which make your searches easier. For example, the a person can be a friend of yours as well as your car mechaninc. You can find his card on the list of your friends when you are throwing a party, and on the list of car repair shops as well when you have a problem with your car.

You can keep track of your colleagues. The module displays which colleagues are at the office, and when a person can be expected back when he or she is out.

You can send e-mails from Filof@x. You can send emails when you are logged on to FiloF@x from a client where you do not have your regular email application.
You can keep using your regular web-based email application, because FiloF@x can be integrated with any web-based email service.

Secretaries usually manage at least a part of their bosses' schedule by setting or looking up appointments and meetings. FiloFax allows secretaries to do these tasks in their bosses' calendars. At the same time, their bosses can make any part of their own calendar private, which the secretaries cannot access. The secretary can only see that the boss is busy when there is a private entry, but cannot tell what the entry is.

FiloF@x can send the current day's entries to our mobile phone number in a test message at 6:10 AM. We can read the events in the calendar, whose birthday it is, and who celebrates anything else we noted. We can optionally request the list for the next day also.
